For billing and refunds, email from the address on your account and tell us the amount and roughly when you bought it. ### What to include * Your Odoo version and operating system. * The product and where you installed it from (for example the Visual Studio Marketplace). * What you expected to happen and what happened instead. ## Common questions **Where do I download Assista IDE?** From the [download page](https://assista.cybrosys.com/download). It supports Windows 10 or later (x64), macOS 12 or later (Apple Silicon) and Ubuntu 20.04 or later through the [Snap Store](https://snapcraft.io/cybrosys-assista). There is no Intel macOS build. See [Installation](/assista-ide/installation). **Is Assista IDE a plugin for my editor?** No. It is a full editor you install on its own. To stay in your editor, install [Odoo Helper for VS Code](/vs-code-extension/) or [Odoo Helper for PyCharm](/pycharm-plugin/). **Which Odoo versions are supported?** The IDE supports Odoo 11 through 20. **What does it cost?** The IDE and the plugins are free to download. AI usage is prepaid credit, with no plan tiers and no per-seat licence. Free credit is used before credit you bought, and free credit can expire. Credit you bought does not. **Do I need my own AI provider key?** No. Usage is paid from your Assista credit balance. You can add your own provider key in **Settings**, and usage on that key is billed by your provider. **Can I get a refund?** Unspent purchased credit can be refunded. Spent credit cannot. See the [refund policy](https://assista.cybrosys.com/refunds). **What happens to my code?** When you use Assista Coder, your prompt and the relevant code are sent to the AI model provider to produce a response. See the [privacy policy](https://assista.cybrosys.com/privacy). Assista X is a separate product with its [own policy](https://x.cybrosys.com/privacy). **I forgot my password.** Use the reset link on the sign-in page. A six-digit code is emailed to you. Resetting your password signs you out on every device. **Does the Module Reviewer use AI tokens?** No. It runs on your machine and needs Docker, or your own dev server. See [Review a module](/assista-ide/features#review-a-module). **Do I have to install Python and PostgreSQL myself?** Partly. The IDE downloads Odoo and sets up its Python packages in a virtual environment. For PostgreSQL and system libraries it gives you guided steps.
