# Insy AI assistant

**Insy** is the AI assistant that comes with every EasyInstance deployment. Type a question in plain language and Insy answers it from your Odoo data, prints reports, builds dashboards and automates work. You do not need SQL or Python.

Insy is connected to your Odoo instance as soon as you deploy it. There are no integrations to configure and no API keys to manage. It is included in every EasyInstance plan, with no add-on pricing.

## What you can do

## Get started

1. Select **Insy** (the ✦ button) in the console sidebar. It is available on every page.
2. Type your question, for example "How many products are out of stock?".
3. Act on the answer: download a report, share a dashboard, create a record, or ask a follow-up question. Each response includes buttons for what to do next.

## Ask about your data

Insy knows your instance, including your modules, your records and your own terminology.

* **All Odoo modules.** Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR and CRM work, and so do your custom addons.
* **Follow-up questions.** Insy remembers the conversation, so you can drill down, filter or compare without repeating yourself.
* **Export.** Every answer has an export button for CSV or Excel. You can also ask Insy to email it to you.

## Print reports

Name the report you want and Insy returns a PDF ready to send.

* **Standard reports.** Invoices, credit notes, picking slips, payslips, expense reports and tax declarations work out of the box.
* **Bulk printing.** Say "print all March payslips" and Insy combines them into one PDF to download or email from the chat.
* **Custom reports.** If you have your own QWeb report templates, Insy finds and uses them with nothing extra to set up.

## Build dashboards

Tell Insy which metrics matter to your team, and it picks the chart types, pulls live Odoo data and builds the dashboard.

* **Live data.** Dashboards refresh from your instance, so there are no stale screenshots or manual exports.
* **Share with anyone.** Publish a read-only link for your team, clients or management. Viewers do not need an Odoo login.
* **Refine with follow-ups.** Say "add a filter for region" or "change the bar chart to a line" and Insy updates the dashboard.

## Automate workflows

Insy can create records, update fields, trigger approvals and send emails. It asks you to confirm every action before it applies it.

## AI providers
