# Backups

EasyInstance backs up every instance for you. Backups are encrypted, you choose how often they run, and you can restore one into a new instance for testing or over production.

## What you get

## Restore a backup

Restore the full database into a **new instance** to test it safely, or **over production** to roll back. Restoring into a new instance leaves your live instance untouched.
