# Floating chat and Telegram

You do not have to stay on the Assista X page. Assista X can follow you while you work in Odoo, and it can answer in Telegram.

## What you can do

| Feature | What it does |
| :--- | :--- |
| Floating chat window | Pop the chat into a window that stays on top while you work in Odoo. No extra tab is needed |
| Telegram chat | Message Assista X from Telegram and get the same answers |

Both use the same live Odoo data as the web chat. Answers come from your Odoo server at the time you ask, under your own Odoo permissions.

## Floating chat window

The chat window stays on top while you work in Odoo, so you can ask a question without leaving the screen you are on.

## Telegram

Message Assista X from Telegram. You get the same answers as in the web chat, from the same live data, for example for "Which products are below reorder point?".
